Love these!

I never expect to notice a difference from supplements for at least a couple of months but, I felt an increase in energy 2 days after starting these. I'm on two per day and two weeks in, no additional noticable change but I will continue taking them as I'm sure other good thing are happening on the inside.
I have also just started the collogen powder so looking forward to assessing myself in a couple of months.

Beef liver capsules

I have been following love ya guys on Instagram for a while and loving the content and promotion of a more animal based diet. It has certainly improved my overall health. On a recent blood test I found out I was low on Vitmin B12 so I started eating beef liver but could never disguise the taste so I decided to try these capsules. I’m hoping my next blood test will show my Vit b12 has improved. Customer service is a ten out of ten. All my questions were promptly answered in a friendly way. I wouldn’t recommend mixing the powder from the capsule in just water as it didn’t mix in well and tasted awful haha but the capsules are completely fine. Thanks love ya guys! I will definitely be ordering again.

Beef liver tablets

2024 I have had 2 major operations.
My daughter put me on the tablets to help me after the operations to help build up my blood. Well, before this I was losing my hair. Very deflating. However I noticed my hair is getting thicker and my hairdresser said I have new growth. Thank you if this is what the tablets do for me. I am feeling really well.

When opening the packaging it does smell like something you'd feed your dog. However! The capsules are so we produced and you never get a taste of that odour nor do you get an aftertaste! Unlike some fish oil tablets. I take them every morning upon waking and I feel a great satisfaction; the same feeling I get when consuming a steak or beef mince. I do notice improvement to my cognition and overall concentration first thing in the morning.

Easy & nourishing

These are a perfect way to get in liver! I don’t always love the taste of liver, neither does my toddler. These handy little caps make it easy to sprinkle into food. I notice now my energy levels are up skin is rosier and hair shining. Highly recommended
