I'm about half way through the first month and my digestive health has improved, my skin really flared up and I'm having lots of breakouts so not enjoying that part too much , but previously I was really suffering with constipation and abdominal pain and the past 3 weeks of following the nutrition guidelines and taking the daily supplements I feel a noticeable increase in my gut well-being, I also didn't realise just how big my portion sizes were and overeating and eating too fast was causing so much bloating ... im still waiting on some more diffinative results ( especially for my psoriasis and acne) but I'm learning loads on my journey and hopefully I'll get to where I want to be soon with my gut health
