I love this box! Love the cute packaging, the info cards and the products are awesome. They feel really clean, and easy to use. The tea is so yummy too!

I’m absolutely loving the LYG foundation box, I honestly can’t believe how much better I feel after 3 weeks. My sugar carvings are gone and I’m definitely a lot less bloated. Thanks LYG I wish I started this sooner!

I have been taking these for a few weeks and I feel healthier. I used to get random bouts of nausea and vomiting but now I don't.

The best collagen. I always recommend this to everyone. Saw a massive difference in hair, skin and nails.

Don't love this product so much. Quite a small bag for the price and doesn't dissolve in hot water well. Constantly stirring or crunching the powder. Probably wouldn't recommend this one.

I have wasted hundreds of dollars trying various protein powders that taste terrible because of sweetners like stevia etc. I had never tried a whey protein as most of them aslo have additives and I don't eat dairy but I have had no problem digesting this and it tastes amazing and makes the smoothest creamiest smoothies. Totally reccomend!

I'm in my 3rd week of the box and already my digestive issues have improved, energy levels are better and have lost almost 2kg! As a skin therapist I will also be recommending these products to my clients as the most skin issues are directly linked to gut health. The daily emails have very valuable information and advice plus the recipes are absolutely delicious.

I add daily to my morning coffee and I can’t taste it. My nails seems stronger for sure so I’ll definitely purchase again:)

I’ve ordered the second time and will never stop ordering. The powder dissolves so easily and no clumps, tastes neutral even by itself with water. And the best thing is I never get bloated like I do from other whey powders. I mostly mix a big scoop into my yoghurt bowl or chia pudding to increase my protein intake

I have been using the tallow balm for about three weeks now and find it amazing. My skin looks great, especially my face and neck. My skin is firmer, softer, and looking fresh and glowing.

Great supplement to add to your diet for extra energy and support.

I found out that my body needed to be ingesting spleen and then I found love your guts, who had them. I’m only a few weeks into taking them, but they seem to be doing their job. It’s wonderful to find an Australian based company, who delivers, and makes the process so simple. I’m now on a monthly subscription for the spleen capsules.

Finally managed to find a protein powder that is genuinely gut friendly! I have tried many over the years, all of which were not gut friendly. I have been using this one for a few weeks now and no issues!

My husband got diagnosed with IBS so we were on the hunt to find something to flush the system and get my husbands gut back on track. After using LYG for only a few weeks and a tweat to his diet he lost 10kgs and I lost 4kgs within a few weeks.
We feel better all round. It's improved our; guts, sleep, mood, back aches, and energy. An all round improvement.
I loved the kit as it's informative and guides you through the whole process and each box contains the right things into getting your gut health back in order.

Dried vegetables in the mix add more than nutrition, They add crunch! I've tried many bone broths and this one is the least sticky in the mouth. My friends who I get if for love the crunch! I'm OK with gooyness of pure broth powders, but not everyone ill

I'm not sure why I didn't compute the cost per serving when I ordered this, I just loved the idea of how much protein was in each serve and all the other awesome things in it.

At $100 for 25 serves or $4 per serve (seriously!) I won't buy this again (sadly).

I wish I could afford it on a regular basis and could have it more than once per day.

I ordered these and have been using them for about 2 1/2 weeks. So far im not convinced but i believe in giving things time. Before i run out i decided to reorder and so far havent been able to for a couple of weeks. Out of stock. Its very disappointing as theyre being promoted like crazy on social media but you cant actually order anything. If theyre not in stock very soon ill have to order something similar from another company. Its not a good start!

I have been taking a range of the LYG products over the last year and I couldn’t rate it high enough! Clean products that do what they say. I was battling with hormonal acne and wanting to clean up my diet and these products have been life changing. I’ve noticed decreased inflammation and breakouts since using the MSM alongside the beef liver and thymus capsules. I also take collagen plus, balance powder, fulic and humic acid and the digestive tea. Also on occasion the colloidal silver if I feel like I’m coming down with something. Highly recommend these products to anyone wanting to boost their energy, immunity and balance hormones and gut health.

More expensive than most other whey on the market, but it's worth it for the quality. I get no digestive symptoms with this one. I often blend with organic cacao too if I want a chocolatey vibe :)
